Greetings from America! We just read about the Orthodox Episcopal Assembly to be convened in Sydney on Oct 16.

We began a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Orthodox-Episcopal-Assembly/121636711191739 just prior to the American Assembly - to keep people informed of the proceedings here.

Would it be possible to get a report on the proceedings "down under?"

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dean,

I'm not sure how one would get a report of this assembly. If I can get my hands on this report I will post it on this blog.

I thought you might like to know that the Orthodox Assembly of Bishops of Britain just completed their second meeting, with a third planned for June 2011. They seem to have committees formed, operating and meeting.

For the complete story, visit http://members5.boardhost.com/STANDREWHOUSE/msg/1295055228.html

Meanwhile, in the US, it took our Episcopal Assembly 7 months to set a website up.

Any progress in Australia?

We need to keep the heat on!

Best Regards,
Dean Calvert
